James T. Ralph and his family in their home at McLean, Virginia, near Washington tonight after Secretary of Agriculture Orville Freeman announced Ralph's dismissal in the probe of the activities of Texas Financier Billie Sol Estes. Daughters Janet, 10 years, left, and Brenda, 6 1/2, sit with Ralph and his wife. Ralph is a former Assistant Secretary of Agriculture and has been training to become Agriculture Attache to the Philippines.
