1976 Press Photo Exxon officials leave ARAMCO meeting in Panama City, Florida

One man waves to the press as a party of unidentified Exxon officials take leave of each other Friday at Panama City, Florida airport after a meeting with Saudi Oil Minister Ahmed Yamani. Newsmen were blocked off by a fence. A preliminary agreement was reached by Yamani and oil officials on the nationalization of American interests in the Arabian American Oil Company, ARAMCO, but it was announced that another meeting would probably be needed to finalize the agreement.
