U.S. District Court Judge L. Clure Morton of Nashville, Tennessee, Friday ordered an April 1 hearing on a lawsuit seeking James R. Hoffa's ouster as Teamsters union president. He acted at the request of Don Vestal, Teamsters Local 327 president, and seven other members of the local.
