Senator Wayne Morse, D-OR (left) and Under Secretary of Commerce Leroy Collins (right) enter a Pittsburgh hotel Saturday with William E. Simkin, director of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. Senator Morse and Secretary Collins were named mediators in the deadlocked steel negotiations by President Johnson earlier today.
