Maria Elena Moffett, daughter of convicted Watergate conspirator Bernard L. Barker, talks with newsmen outside U.S. District Court Friday after her father received a sentence of 1 1/2 to 6 years for his role in the break-in. Attacking the sentence as being unfair she said, "someone has to to go jail so they send this man, a punk, for Mitchell, Magruder and ultimately the President of the United States.
