1970 Press Photo White House police uniform designer James Muscatello

James Muscatello, a Washington tailor, is the designer of the new ceremonial uniforms worn by White House police at all official occasions. The idea was suggested by President Nixon who was impressed by the dress of palace guards and police on his European tour last year.
