Former Governor Goodwin J. Knight answers a newsman's question in Los Angeles yesterday, as he opens a Rockefeller-for-President office in an attempt to start a presidential boom for Nelson A. Rockefeller. Knight opened the headquarters despite the New York governor's objections. A large photo of Rockefeller is in the background, behind Knight, who spent much of his news conference criticizing former Vice President Richard M. Nixon.
