Description
Ousted Greek Premier George Papandreou wears a smile and lifts a glass to toast the defeat of Premier Elias Tsirimokos. Tsirimokos, the second man designated by King Constantine to form a new government, could not gather enough votes for a vote of confidence by parliament in Athens last night. Papandreou was ousted by the young King July 15 and since then the country's governmental crisis has grown.

Photo is dated 1965.

Photo measures 8 x 10.25 inches.
