Kathy Raskin, 21, of Litchfield Park, Arizona, was chosen the new Maid of Cotton Friday night. Miss Raskin, 5 feet 8, 117 pounds, is a junior at Arizona State University, majoring in nursing. She is Arizona's Maid of Cotton.
