General K.A.S. Bajah, of the Indian Army stands at the entrance to his shelter in the India Dogra battalion's camp in Elisabethville December 5. Rajah is commander of United Nations forces fighting with Katangese troops in Elisabethville. At the United Nations headquarters in New York today a spokesman said that the situation in Elisabethville is "good" and that Katanga forces now hold only two main strong-points in the Katanga Capital.
