Description
In a show of force, university students in Paris, France, Tuesday night block traffic on Avenue des Champs Elysees by staging a sit-down in the middle of the thoroughfare. Later, heavily armed riot police clashed with the student demonstrators when they tried to march on the Sorbonne, closed since last Friday's riots.
