British Prime Minister Harold Wilson, background, standing, addresses the annual spring meeting of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in London today. He warned that military nationalism is a dangerous delusion and said the keynote of NATO "must be interdependence." It was clear his remarks were directed at French President de Gaulle although Wilson avoided mentioning the French leader by name.
