Bertram J. Powers, right, president of International Typographical Union Local 6, and John J. Pilch of Colorado Springs, Colorado, international vice president, arrive at Hotel Gotham in New York tonight. They called on Labor Secretary W.Willard Wirtz, who with President Kennedy's press secretary Pierre Salinger, conferred earlier in the day with individual publishers involved in the printers' strike.
