A group called the Peoples' Army Jamboree parades through downtown Portland, Oregon with a "Victory to the Vietnamese People march" as sailors watch along a fence. About 1,300 persons joined the two-mile trek yesterday through the center of the city where the American Legion is holding its national convention.
