1970 Press Photo Waves Director Robin Quigley and John Chafee confer at Pentagon

Commander Robin L. Quigley is introduced at the Pentagon in Washington Thursday as the new director of the WAVES. Introducing her is Secretary of the Navy John H. Chafee. She will be promoted to Captain and will relieve the current director, Captain Rita Lenihan, January 4. Commander Quigley is from Shingle Springs, California.
