Professor Andreas Papandreou, exiled son of former Greek Premier George Papandreou, is patted on head by member of the audience and surrounded by others after speech in Munich, Germany. Papandreou, chairman of the Panhellenic movement of liberation, called upon 3,000 Greek students and workers to offer resistance to the Athens military regime. Meanwhile, in Greece today people flocked to the polls to vote "yes" or "no" to a new constitution.
