1970 Press Photo Founder and Manager of Barter Theater accepts award in Memphis

Robert Porterfield, the founder and manager of the Barter T heater in Abingdon, Virginia, accepted another award in Memphis Saturday night for his work in the famed theater. The latest honor was from the Southeastern Theater Conference, of which Dr. Herman Middleton (right) is an executive.
