Minister of Health Enoch Powell sits in auto as he leaves Admiralty House in London yesterday after attending a meeting of the cabinet of the crisis-ridden Macmillan government. Powell continues to be mentioned as the potential leader of a revolt and took no measures to deny rumors that he was contemplating quitting the government. The meeting of the cabinet yesterday was the second in two days mainly concerned with the Profumo scandal.
