Pope Paul VI appears at window of his apartment in the Vatican Wednesday to bless crowd gathered in St. Peter's Square for All Saint's Day. The Pontiff, 70, has been confined to bed since Saturday after suffering a relapse. His temperature returned to normal Tuesday and his doctors permitted him to go to the window for the special occasion.
