Russian film star Victoria Fyodorova will marry Fred Pouy of Stamford, Connecticut, a Pan American World Airways pilot, a member of retired Admiral Jackson R. Tate's family said in Jacksonville, Florida, Thursday. Miss Fyodorova, 29, came to this country in March to meet Tate, the father she had never seen.
