Russian actress, Victoria Fedorova, daughter of United States Admiral Jackson R. Tate, strolls with her stepmother, Mrs. Hazel Tate at a secret retreat where she was able to meet her father for the first time. Miss Fedorova was the child of a World War II romance between Tate, now 77, and Russian actress Zoya Fedorova, now 62, and living in Moscow.
