Victoria Fyodorova, Russian film star visiting her father's Northeast Florida home, cuddles a 10-weeks-old puppy given her by a friend of her father, retired Admiral Jackson R. Tate. Victoria was the product of a World War II love affair between her mother, Zoya Fyodorova, then an actress, and Tate, who was with the military mission in Moscow.
