Mexican Foreign Minister Emilio Rabasa tells United States Secretary of State Henry Kissinger about the Juarez Auditorium, site of the Tlatelolco Conference of 24 Latin American foreign ministers today. The Washington Star-News reported today that Kissinger has told senior members of Congress that he would feel compelled to resign if President Nixon is impeached.
