Podine Schoenberger of the New Orleans Times-Picayune accepts a plaque from Robert D. Nelson, executive vice president and general manager of the Los Angeles Times, awarded by the Arthritis Foundation for a six-part series she wrote on arthritis. The presentation was made at the Arthritis Foundation 25th anniversary Awards of Merit luncheon at the Century Plaza in Los Angeles.
