1975 Press Photo Richard Ober offers no comment to reporters in Washington

Richard Ober, a staff member of the National Security Council, offers no comment to reporters on his way to testify before the Rockefeller Commission on the Central Intelligence Agency Monday in Washington. This is Ober's second appearance before the panel in it's investigation of alleged domestic spying by the CIA.
