Steve Parker, 23, Cincinnati, is shown as he surrendered at Cincinnati police headquarters tonight in connection with the slaying of a Nashville, Tennessee patrolman and the shooting of another last week. Parker and four other Cincinnati African Americans have been named in murder warrants in the case.
