Vice President Richard Nixon places light, top photo, atop Statue of Liberty model with the "help" of Prince Philip at British exhibition in New York today. The light came off as the men were examining the model. At bottom the Prince and exhibition chairman Lord Rootes, center, applauded the job as the vice president gestures as if to say "let's leave it along." The prince was on hand to officially open the exhibition.
