Gleb A. Pavlov, left, and Yuri A. Romashin, members of the Soviet mission to the United Nations, leave FBI headquarters in Newark early today following their arrest in connection with espionage. They were released because of diplomatic immunity. In custody are an American electronics engineer with access to top secret material, and a chauffeur for a Russian sponsored trading agency.
