Two bearded University of North Dakota professors were on opposite sides in concurrent peace vigil and support-the-troops rally on the campus here Friday. Robert A. Nelson, left, chairman of the UND Department of Art, sports a "War" button, while Benjamin A. Ring, chairman of the Department of Philosophy, wears one saying "Peace." The rival demonstrations went off without incident.
