This is the western look along Peace Street, the main avenue of Ulan Bator, capital city of Mongolia, the isolated nation between Siberia and China. Only a few blocks away from this modern front are large area of Yurts, the rounded framed tents of the nomad Mongolians. The street lighting is Polish, the cars are Russian and the apartment buildings have a central European appearance.
