Nigerians, carrying placards condemning Biafran Chief of State Lt. Colonel Odumegwu Ojukwu, demonstrate opposite Marlborough House in London today as the prime ministers of the British Commonwealth arrive for their first summit meeting since 1966. One of the demonstrators holds a portrait of Major General Yakubu Gowon, head of the Nigerian government.
