Ishwer C. Ojha, chairman of the Boston University Political Science Department, told a Boston news conference yesterday that Chinese Premier Chou-En-Lai showed a great sense of hopefulness and desire to exchange opinions when President Nixon visits China next week. Ojha and 11 other Americans have just returned from a 31-day visit to China.
