Cheeks flushed with victory (and stuffed with pancake), Teresa Nerotto, 19, sits behind her clean plate Tuesday after winning a Manhattan version of Shrove Tuesday pancake race. In a gourmand's gambol with the clock, she beat 26 other girls by stuffing away her foot-wide pancake in two minutes and 45 seconds.
