Dean Charles O. Galvin of the SMU Law School Faculty, walks at head of the Academic Procession with Attorney General John Mitchell as they entered McFarlin Auditorium on the SMU Campus Friday. Mitchell was principal speaker during Law Day Ceremonies, dedicating the Underwood Law Library. Only minutes before the ceremonies were to begin, the affair was moved from outside the library into McFarlin Auditorium, about 150 yards away, at the request of the FBI.
