St. Clair, right, and Jack McCahill arrive Tuesday to attend another session of the House Judiciary Committee that is conducting hearings in connection with a possible impeachment resolution against President Nixon. With Nixon facing a new subpoena threat for material relating to the diary fund and ITT matters, St.Clair said he hoped to deliver Nixon's response Tuesday afternoon.
