Robert S. McNamara, President of the World Bank, arrives at U.S. District Court, in Washington Monday, to testify in the trial of John B. Connally who is accused of bribery. McNamara, a former Secretary of Defense, said of Connally, "He had the highest reputation I know of for integrity."
