Colorado Governor John A. Love (right) has been selected by the National Governors' Conference to head up their organization as chairman. Listening to Love are Mrs. Spiro T. Agnew and President Richard M. Nixon. President Nixon delivered a major address to the governors last night in Colorado Springs. Governor Love succeeds Tennessee Governor Buford Ellington as chairman.
