1964 Press Photo Concrete substructure forms of S-II stands at NASA's MTO

Description
Forms for the concrete substructure of the S-II test stand at NASA's Mississippi Test Operations nears completion. More than 1,600 cubic yards of concrete and 1,020 tons of reinforcing steel will be used in the foundation. The stand will be used to static test the second stage of the Saturn V moon rocket.
