AFL-CIO President George Meany settles back in his chair before delivering an ultimatum to Walter Reuther's United Auto Workers Union. Meany, at a news conference yesterday, said that Reuther's union will be automatically suspended Wednesday if it doesn't pay delinquent dues. "It's to be regretted but that's the way it is," commented Meany. Reuther has been threatening to pull his union out of the 14 million federation.
