1965 Press Photo Draft card burner David Miller in custody of FBI agent

David Miller (left), 22, of Syracuse, New York, in custody of FBI in Manchester where he was arraigned on charge of failing to have a draft card. FBI agents say Miller is the man who publicly burned what he said his draft card in anti-Vietnam policy protest in New York last weekend. He was picked up in nearby Hooknett this morning.
