Senator Eugene McCarthy, D-MN, returned to Oregon Friday and received warm welcome from some 2,000 students at Portland State College.McCarthy won the Oregon presidential primary where his name was on the ballot with Robert Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson. McCarthy campaigned Friday for Senator Wayne Morse.
