Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir, speaking to 2,000 members of the Strasbourg, France, Jewish community, said Sunday, Austria has "betrayed her greatness" by agreeing to Arab terrorist demands to shut down a Jewish transit camp in Vienna. She is in town to address the Council of Europe Monday.
