Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir wipes tears from her eyes as Yeshiva University students in New York applaud her and sing Israeli songs Thursday. She had just received an honorary doctorate in humane letters from the university. Mrs. Meir told the crowd, "You must be sure that the younger generation receive thorough basic Jewish education. They must know who they are."
