Sprinting a city block, Minnesota Senator Eugene McCarthy outruns most of the press corps Sunday during a foot tour of Milwaukee's North Side. The presidential candidate, entered in Wisconsin's primary, Tuesday, stopped at homes and talked with residents of African American neighborhoods during the two-hour trek.
