Deputy U.S. Marshal Jesse Wheeler fastens a restraining chain on Karl H. Meyer, 22, today after the youth was arrested for violating probation. Young Meyer, son of Representative William H. Meyer (D-VT) was one of a group of pacifists who pleaded guilty to trespassing after trying to enter a missile base project. Ordered to stay away, the young man appeared at the site.....
