Senator Eugene McCarthy of Minnesota, said today he plans to enter the March 12 New Hampshire presidential primary. McCarthy said his decision commits him to opposing President Johnson in six primaries, including New Hampshire, before next summer's national nominating convention in Chicago. The senator said he will campaign actively in New Hampshire.
