Taping a test interview with one of his employees is Carl E. Mau. a Media, Pennsylvania businessman. Mau says he has gotten U.S. State Department clearance for a plan to swap surplus United States foodstuffs in exchange for visits and interviews with prisoners of war held by the North Vietnamese. Mau hopes to go to North Vietnam, make the tapes and bring them back to the men's families.
