Jeb Stuart Magruder, a recent witness before the Senate committee investigating the Watergate scandal, leaves Le Bistro restaurant in Beverly Hills with his wife Friday night after dining in one room while Henry Kissinger was entertaining Chinese diplomat Huang Chen and 50 other guests in another. Magruder said he was in town "on business" in connection with his new Washington marketing consultant service.
