Magruder, followed by attorney James Bierbower, is surrounded by photographers as he entered U.S. District Court Thursday where a federal grand jury is hearing testimony related to the bugging of Democratic National Committee headquarters. Magruder testified before the grand jury for three hours Wednesday.
