1962 Press Photo August Magliano testifies at Senate Investigations Subcommittee

August Magliano, right, purported manager of a Baltimore honky-tonk club, makes a repeat appearance before the Senate Investigation Subcommittee today. His attorney, Myron Ehrlich of Washington, is at left. The subcommittee allowed Magliano to back down from a previous refusal to tell whether he honestly believed the testimony he was refusing to give might tend to incriminate him in something.
